Works: 3D to Completed Icon

This artwork was created to demonstrate my method for turning a 3D render into a polished illustration. It’s not really meant to be an icon but I did resize the artwork and package it as an icon just for fun.

This object is an effects unit for an electric guitar. This particular model holds sentimental value for me as it was the first guitar effect that I ever bought. I still have it and I used it for reference when creating the 3d model and polishing the final illustration. I hope you find it interesting.

    Excellent! I love the details on the rubber texture for the stomp area.
